These figures of a man and a woman were cut from a larger section of the Berlin Wall, the larger section of which is located at the Winston Churchill Memorial and Library in Fulton, Missouri. Both works, the one here in Hyde Park and the companionpiece in Fulton, were created by Edwina Sandys, granddaughter of Prime Minister Winston S. Churchill.
